Iki Iki Plaza Ichibancho is a community centre for older people. It provides numerous services, including nursing home, short stay service, day clinics, dementia day clinics, and home care support. It is a cultural community centre with a multi-purpose hall used for cultural events, conference room, and garden lobby. It has a hot pool, health corner, bathroom provision, and programme of health-related classes.
As a facility aimed at the philosophy of participation, it can be used by a wide range of generations. Staff at the facility believe conducting support activities and providing prevention activities in the community will be a new form of rehabilitation.
