World Physiotherapy is pleased to offer a childcare service during the congress for parents/carers attending with their children.

Childcare services

Childcare services will be provided by the onsite day nursery service facility at the Tokyo International Forum, the congress venue.

 

Service details

 

Eligibility: children aged six months to six years.

 

Sessions: childcare will be provided in three-hour shifts:

 

  • 08:00–11:00
  • 11:00–14:00
  • 14:00–17:00

 

Cost: each three-hour session costs $20 and we will provide a link for payment after you have completed and submitted both the booking form and consent form.

 

Booking: childcare sessions must be booked separately using the childcare booking request form. Please note that slots are limited, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Important information
  1. Upon drop-off, a brief health check will be conducted to ensure the child is fit to attend. 
  2. The nursery reserves the right to decline childcare services if a child shows symptoms of illness or an infectious disease. 
  3. For safety, the same individual should drop off and pick up the child, unless an alternative arrangement has been pre-approved. 
  4. Parents/carers are responsible for providing baby bottles, milk, drinks, and baby food. Perishable items are not allowed. 
  5. In case of emergencies such as illness, a representative of the nursery will contact the emergency number provided in the childcare booking request form. 
  6. The service follows the safety protocols and emergency procedures established by the Tokyo International Forum. 
How to apply
  1. Download and complete the childcare booking request form.
  2. Review and sign the facility use consent form.
  3. Submit both forms to congress@world.physio by 15 April 2025
