Congress programme committee (CPC) members must be able to serve from October 2025 until the end of the post-congress evaluation period in 2027. 

World Physiotherapy Congress 2027 is due to take place in May 2027, in Guadalajara, Mexico. 

Eligibility

Only physiotherapists who are members in good standing with a World Physiotherapy member organisation, that is itself in good standing with World Physiotherapy, are eligible to be appointed as CPC chair or members. 

Application requirements

Individuals wishing to serve as a CPC chair or member should provide information and documents as part of the survey, which includes a letter of application, providing evidence that addresses the person specification, and a curriculum vitae (max three pages). 

A letter of support from their World Physiotherapy member organisation must accompany the submission. 

Membership of the CPC requires commitment of time and dependable availability to participate in meetings and undertake activities as required, working closely with and supported by World Physiotherapy staff.

The CPC chair for 2027 will be announced at the World Physiotherapy Congress 2025.
