Group registration
Discounts are available for group bookings of 10 or more participants.
Criteria for group registrations
Group registrations are:
- available for a minimum of 10 people, who must be affiliated to the same institution/organisation
- only accepted by email via a dedicated form that will be supplied on request
- only available for full (three day) registrations
- available until 31 March 2025
A group contact person must be appointed to manage the group’s registration. Payment is by invoice and all group members must be paid for on the same invoice.
Discounts for group registration
Discounts are available based on the group size:
- groups of 10 to 20 participants: eligible for a 5% discount on total fee for three days ticket only including any optional extras (group booking form to be completed)
- groups of 20 to 30 participants: eligible for a 10% discount on total fee for three days ticket only including any optional extras (group booking form to be completed)
- groups of over 30 participants: eligible for a 12.5% discount on total fee for three days ticket only including any optional extras (group booking form to be completed)
Groups under 10 participants are not eligible for group discount. Each participant can register online individually using the “add participant” option on the event website.
